​A native Californian, Dr. Walsh grew up in the Pleasanton area and is an alumnus of Foothill High School.  She did her undergraduate studies in San Jose before completing her doctorate at Palmer College of Chiropractic West in 1997.​

Dr. Walsh lives in the Oakland Hills with her wife Wen and their chihuahua-terrier, Calvin. Her hobbies include partner dancing, distance running, golf, and travel.

Dr. Walsh maintains active chiropractic licensure in the state of California and is a certified x-ray supervisor and operator through the California Board of Radiology. She has served as President of the Alameda County District and the Statewide Chairperson of Marketing and Communications for the California Chiropractic Association (CCA), an organization dedicated to maintaining strong ethics in the practice of chiropractic. She is an athlete and a dancer who has built a general chiropractic practice because she enjoys treating patients of all ages and backgrounds.

​Dr. Walsh was awarded CCA’s Outstanding New Doctor of Chiropractic Award in 2000; this award is bestowed on one doctor who demonstrates exceptional clinical skills and community/political involvement during his or her first three years in practice. She has also received the Presidential Award from the California Chiropractic Association for her contributions to the organization.
